Finch State Field Hockey was created to give ambitious athletes in New Jersey access to the type of
individual, high-performance development more commonly found in leading hockey environments around
the world.
While Finch State was established in 2026, the experience behind it has been built over two decades. With
playing and coaching experience dating back to **2006** across **England, Belgium, Australia and North
America**, Finch State brings together different hockey cultures, ideas and development methods with
one clear goal: helping every athlete become a better, smarter and more confident player.
We believe development should be personal. Every athlete has different strengths, ambitions and areas to
improve, and our coaching is designed around that individual journey rather than a one-size-fits-all
approach.
